Creating an account with us is a great way to personalize your shopping experience. It also grants you access to exclusive sales and promotions! It’s quick, easy, and completely secure.
TDot Performance will email you an invoice with every order. You can also access all of your past invoices and any store credits you might have from your account page. Please remember to create an account with us prior to ordering if you would like to use this feature. If you do not have an account with us and need access to a past invoices, please contact us and we will email you a copy.

TDot Performance is 100% Canadian owned and operated. This means you will never be charged any customs duties or brokerage fees when you order from us. All prices on our website are in Canadian dollars. You will only be charged the appropriate HST or GST for your province or territory.
Shipping is free on most orders! Unfortunately, due to the geographic realities of operating in Canada, we have to charge shipping to very remote addresses. This is because our couriers (Purolator/Canada Post and UPS) charge us extra fees to ship to these locations. The only way we can be profitable on these orders is to pass on some of the shipping cost to the customer. Additional shipping charges may also apply on very heavy products. Once again, this fee is imposed on us by the courier. In either case, a sales representative will contact you if extra shipping is required.
We have a 30 day EASY return policy upon receipt (excludes Megan Racing Products, FRP body kits and any FRP products) as long as the product is not used, damaged or altered in any form. Customers only pay for the return shipping cost of the item and the cost of shipping we incurred when sending out the item initially. We will not charge customers restocking fee unlike other companies (excluding rims which include a 20% restocking fee, Thule products which have a 50% restocking fee, Magnaflow products with 10% restocking fee, and HSD coilovers with a 25% restocking fee)!
TDot Performance values the privacy of our customers. Any personal information received as part of an order is destroyed immediately after the order is placed. Personal information is never shared with any third parties.
