Warranty Information

Remmen Brakes Inc. ("Remmen"), warrants its automotive big brake kits, automotive disc brake pads, automotive disc brake rotors, and automotive disc brake carbon-ceramic matrix rotors (collectively known as the "Products") for any defects in materials or workmanship.

Should defects in materials and workmanship be found, Remmen shall, at its discretion, either replace the product with a similar product or offer a refund on the purchase price only, excluding all labour, shipping, assembly, installation charges, inconvenience costs, or other such ancillary costs.

The warranty period for all Remmen brake products, excluding Carbon-Ceramic Matrix (CCST) rotors and systems, is for six (6) months from the date of shipment, or 8,000km (5,000 miles), whichever comes first. Proof of mileage will be required. The warranty period for CCM rotors and systems is for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of shipment.

Defects in material and workmanship in all Remmen Products must be noted upon delivery of the product and must be communicated in writing to Remmen immediately. Failure to do shall render the Remmen warranty void. The warranty shall not apply for any Product used under competition (racing, drifting, track-day, autocross, etc.), for normal wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, misuse, incorrect installation, alteration of the product, or repair of the product. Furthermore, the warranty shall not apply for any damages or defects arising from a failure to follow Remmen's instructions (whether oral or in writing or whether relating without limit to the fabrication, operation, use or maintenance of the Goods).

Any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is hereby expressly and effectively disclaimed. The customer expressly and impliedly affirms that he/she/they are relying upon their own skill and judgement in selecting and purchasing the product as suitable for their intended use.
