Since that time they have moved into other performance products as they remain very competitive in the performance-product market, like the aFe Atlas Turbo Down-Pipe which is used to improve airflow and throttle response for your diesel truck. The down-pipe is constructed from mandrel bent steel tubing, which offers smoother bends thus lower turbulence and quicker throttle response. The fit is perfect and installation is easy due to the use of factory installation locations. A 360 degree sealing surface for the exhaust system and at the turbo housing is achieved from the CNC machined rugged inlet flange and high quality V-band flange. Finished in black and wrapped in thermal header tape for better insulation and reduced hood temperatures. Manufactured and engineered in aFe Corona, California facility in the U.S.

Founded in April 1999 with their concentration mostly on high performance air filters, due to the glaring need that there was lack of choice for an aftermarket high performance air filter. Though since that time they have moved into other aftermarket performance products like: cold air intakes, exhaust system, programmers, intake manifolds, intercoolers, fluid filters, transmission pans, throttle body spacers and differential covers.
