The Rebel XD DPF Exhaust System are made from a mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing. It uses OEM mounting locations in order to make installation hassle-free. The system comes with high quality band clamps and a 5" diameter black intercooled tips. The band clamps provide an all-round (360 degree) leak-free seal. While the black exhaust tips come in Hi-Temp black, has a 5" diameter, made from stainless steel with straight cut edges, it has intercooling vents that are designed to reduce the temperature at the tailpipe with the company logo riveted on for an aggressive style. The stainless steel tubing in the system allows for maximum airflow of exhaust fumes, with the smooth bends reducing turbulence and then increases engine performance. Cutting of factory exhaust is required.
