Product Info
The COMP Cams High Energy Hydraulic Lifters are state-of-the-art aftermarket engine performance parts specifically designed to fit a variety of high-performance engine applications. Featuring a patented, constant orifice-metering valve that precisely meters oil to the rocker arms, the High Energy Hydraulic Lifters are also provided with a pushrod seat which is constructed using a special powdered metal iron alloy that is heat-treated for strength and wear-resistance. The continuous contact between the metering valve and the precisely coined bottom surface of the pushrod seat throughout the engine's rpm range considerably prevents excessive oiling during high-speed operations. The High Energy Hydraulic Lifters are also provided with a lightweight check valve disc to enable a quicker response which improves engine speed before valve float. COMP Cams, a world-renowned industry leader in producing top-of-the-line engine performance parts such as camshafts and valve trains, employed the same proprietary technology in developing their state-of-the-art High Energy Hydraulic Lifters. Made from premium materials for improved strength and durability, the COMP Cams High Energy Hydraulic Lifters have undergone the company's renowned comprehensive design and testing process to certify a reliable and long lasting quality.
