The Foose Wheels company was founded in 1998 by Chip Foose and his wife Lynne. The company quickly became known as a designer and manufacturer of wheels that serve the Hot Rod niche. Their quick rise to fame is no accident as the founding couple was more than qualified to build the business.

Chip Foose was a Hot Rod legend and was inducted in the Hot Rod Hall of Fame in 1997 at just 31 years old, thus becoming the youngest member of this elite group. This award was in part because of the contributions he made to designing Hot Rod vehicles like the Sportstar and Boydster.

Using this vast experience and natural vision for seeing the future of the sport, Chip and his wife carved a cult following for the Foose Wheels.
