Mr. Gasket Inc. is a world-renowned manufacturer of high-performance aftermarket parts. Mr. Gasket was founded in 1964 by the famous drag racer Joseph Hrudka to become the go-to supplier of aftermarket race-approved exhaust gaskets. However, before officially founding the company, Hrudka investigated and developed durable asbestos gaskets to replace the faulty exhaust gaskets that were a major problem for many racers. He sold these parts under the Speed Specialties name in the 1960s before incorporating his company as Mr. Gasket in 1965.
