Weiand Action+Plus Intake Manifolds are designed for use as stock replacements, with improved power and torque characteristics. They are 180 degree, dual plane types, with a carburetor flange that'll accept either stock or aftermarket performance carburetors.

Weiand is a powerhouse in the high-performance industry that offers top-quality intakes and superchargers. Established in the 1930s, the company is responsible for engineering the first aluminum intake manifold on the market AKA the High Weiand manifold. Later on in 1949, Weiand would change the game with a number of "tri-power" and four 2-barrel manifolds. After World War II, Weiand manufactured a range of aluminum cylinder heads for flathead Ford engines. During the 1950s and 60s, their engineers would provide a plethora of innovative advancements such as the first dual plane, 180-degree intake as well as their outstanding Hi-Ram manifold with the exclusive D-port technology.
In the 90s, Weiand would be regarded as the first OE supplier of superchargers to Mercury Performance Marine. They would also design their exceptional Stealth series dual plane manifolds, their Pro-Street supercharger would be emissions legal certified by CARB, and the company would be granted the industry's first "E.O." for an intake manifold. Later on, Weiand released their 8-71 supercharger for the Small Block and Big Block Chevy and they follow up with the first aluminum LS-1 intake manifold in 2002.
