The aFe Momentum ST Pro 5R Air Intake System is a cold air intake performance system, used to enhance vehicle performance with significant increase in horsepower and torque with up to +22hp and +26 torque depending on vehicle type. The system is 28% more efficient than factory intake system. The intake tubes are CAD designed, dyno tuned, and roto-molded to achieve maximum performance gains. It is made from a smooth one-piece sealed housing with an auxiliary air scoop. The unique one-piece design ensures the air intake charge is as cold as possible. The intake system was designed to fit with the largest filter possible, in order to attain highest possible filtration and performance. The filter is 8" long and has a big round flange, which uses 5 layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze oiled media and made with a 100% polyurethane frame. All of which provide maximum convenience, many cleaning cycles and a long life. Strength and durability is assured due to the premium hardware used, such as the stainless steel clamps and the silicone coupler, it also provides a very secure installation.
