B&M Shift Plus Electronic Shift Improver Kits are ideal use with performance, towing, and RV applications. The kits will work to recalibrate your transmission in 1 of 2 different ways to guarantee improved performance and a longer transmission lift. For vacuum-style transmissions, the kits will recalibrate the hydraulic system by the modulator circuit for firmer, more positive shifts. In the case of electronically controlled transmissions, the kits will electronically recalibrate the transmission hydraulic system for a firmer, quicker shift. If you want the transmission to operate in the factory mode, at level 1 for a firmer shift, or level 2 for a much firmer shift, all you need to do simply flip the switch!
