Product Info
Skunk2 Alpha Series Retainer Kit contains valve springs and titanium retainers. The valve springs are constructed from upper-clean, chrome-silicone wire. Thanks to these valve springs, valve float is avoided. The Alpha Series titanium retainers greatly decrease the valve train mass. This leads to bettered valve train stability and superior horsepower. Skunk2 Alpha Series titanium retainers are also available with radius-cut edges. This ensures extra rocker arm clearance and weight reduction.
Established in 1994, Skunk2 Racing has been all about providing track and race enthusiasts with only the best parts and systems for their high-performance customs. Built by a team of engineers and innovators who were originally racers or avid fans of the sport, trust the Skunk2 Racing family to know what their clients want and need.
Armed with the passion to provide, their research and development process is streamlined thanks to the systematic usage of in-house simulations and controlled testing using state of the art equipment. Since then, Skunk2 Racing has been able to output innovative products to the waiting public, like the first cast aluminum high-performance intake manifold, composite fuel rails, and valve train components, making such premium components accessible to those who want to see improvements in their vehicle's performance.
With their burning passion to push the development envelope in automotive performance for the masses, it has only been success upon success for Skunk2 Racing and their patrons.
